Check if you log into the same domain name. Win2000 keeps separated account information such as 桌面快捷 under different folders even for the same user. Go to "Documents and Settings", you can place all your favorite shortcuts (快捷) under "All users\desktop", then you will see all the 桌面快捷 no matter whom you log in as.
